Description
The original MaxxECU Mini ST170 loom kit was put together after a few people started asking for a simple solution to get a MaxxECU Mini up and running on their ST170 based projects without the fuss of having to make a loom themselves. This new Gen 2 kit also supports the original Ford coil pack.

The ECU kit will be sent out with a base map to run a standard 2L ST170 engine from a MK1 Focus st170 . Please note: this is a start up map only and it is not to be driven on. Use this map at your own risk or please email for advice.
The kit is available as 3 options:
- Option 1: supports the original Ford coil pack with supplied coil driver
- Option 2: coil on plug patch harness but no coils
- Option 3: coil on plug patch harness and 4 pencil coils

MaxxECU MINI inputs
- Intake air temperature sensor (IAT)
- Coolant temperature sensor (CLT)
- Throttle position sensor (TPS)
- 1 trigger input (VR/HALL). Automatic trigger level detection
- 2 digital inputs used for example for speed sensors (Hall) or switches
- 2 extra 0-5V inputs. Can be used for additional sensors such as for measurement of fuel/oil pressure
- Built-in 400kPa MAP-sensor for up to 3bar/43PSI of boost
MaxxECU MINI outputs
- 4 injectors outputs. High impedance only
- 4 ignition outputs. 5V signal to drive ignition modules, CDI units or coils
- 4 outputs for extra features. Can be used to control virtually anything. Fuel pumps, idle control, boost solenoids, nitrous, shift lights, fans, warning lights, etc. GPO 1-3 (2A), GPO 8 (2A)
